Chris Honaker, president of Built On The Rock Inc. is a master carpenter of more than 14 years. His favorite saying is “If it’s made out of wood, I can do it!”. Chris has made some of the most beautiful pieces of cabinetry and furniture in his own woodshop. Some of his work is featured in local magazines in the Lowcountry South Carolina area.

Originally from Beckley, Chris moved to South Carolina in 1999 creating a very successful small business in contracting. It was in August of 2006 that he and his family returned home to Beckley. In 2008, he was elected Vice President of the Southern WV Home Builders Association and in 2009 elected as President. Being a part of West Virginia is what Chris has loved his entire life. Now, Chris is creating homes for families that love West Virginia as much as he does.
